We are waiting for the perfect time, the perfect time only exists in our minds

You would be amazed at how much time flies, and this is independent of whether you are pursuing your dreams or not. Time waits for no man and yet, just like money, time speaks all languages. Though we might have different time zones from one county to the other, time speaks all languages and it speaks the same things. Time is a principle. Principles work best when we follow them and whichever strategy you choose to use, the time principle remains the same. We are waiting for the perfect time, the perfect time only exists in our minds.

So much can happen in a year.

I remember when I started blogging exactly a year ago, I had no idea what went into writing an article. All I had was an idea, a concept, and the desire to bring life coaching to people all over the world. I wanted to help people from all walks of life who dare to live in their purpose, find their purpose, and create lasting and fruitful changes in their lives. Lasting and fruitful changes that will see them being fulfilled in their latter days. That’s an idea and a concept I had in my mind and blogging seemed to have been a more viable option then. Also, the idea of blogging was a seed that was planted by my mentor, Mr. Oscar Mdluli, a while back before then, and he said advised to blog about my traveling experiences, especially traveling the continent of Africa. Though that seemed like a brilliant idea, I still wanted to do more for humanity.

Zero experience does not mean incapability.

I need you to remember that I had zero experience in writing. I figured it would be great to hire a writer for the blog, where I would send him a voice recording of what I needed to be posted for the week and he would work his magic in presenting it in black and white. Well, that did not work out due to his rates. I was not his target market, I could not afford his services considering that I had no sponsor or donor. So the best option was to start writing the blog posts myself, I figured, as long as I get my points and lessons across, the rest will be dealt with later, and I am glad I took the chance and the risk. I have since learned so much and I continue to do so.

When are you going to decide; this is it?

There came a time where I knew I could not delay what I now call my ministry, blogging, life coaching, human performance, and transformation blogging. I had to use what I had and start where I was in the imperfect perfect state that I was in. It is quite amazing that the first blog posts had 95 readers where I wrote about the purpose of life coaching and what life coaching aims to achieve and again, what everyone can benefit from life coaching, which I thought was amazing and it was worth celebrating (see blog post https://imzimba.co.za/2019/08/26/the-core-of-life-coaching/). Along the way, Thembisile Duma joined in as the fashion stylist and Donald Chauke came in with his digital marketing knowledge. We started with zero blogging experience, zero writing knowledge, zero photography, and graphic knowledge and we have thus improved so much.

As we speak, our subscription number has since increased, we gain new readers every month and we believe that we are living up to our purpose of creating lasting and fruitful changes in the lives of people from all walks of life. The comments we receive on the blog tell of a great testimony.
