So, this is you, living your best life. You have everything figured out and everything is coming together as you had hoped. You are so determined to make this thing called life to work. You have overcome your fears because you have recognised the source that fear comes from. If you cannot get out, Lookout

Having overcome so much that was an obstacle on your way to greatness, you pressed on, you kept your eyes on your goal. You got the hang of finding solutions for every challenge you encountered. Your mind is fined tuned to your dreams. Your doubts about your future are a thing of the past, as this was a very difficult one to overcome, and this is because when no one believed in you, you had to pull all the strength you had in you to keep believing in yourself. You learned the importance of will power. If you cannot get out, Look-out.

Believe

Having started believing that everything that you ever hoped to have has always been inside of you. You wondered if a good life (however way you define a good life) was ever going to be your reality, all of life seemed to be against you. You sat there in your corner pondering on how others seem to have things go well for them. The comparison of life is getting you down because you also want a break from life.

Wait, “why can I not get life to work?” is one of the questions that keeps popping in your head, and the more you pondered on this, the further it was for you to get an answer. You find yourself alone in most cases, sometimes not because there isn’t anyone around however, this is because you have chosen to live in isolation from everyone and at other times, Yes, you are around people but you find yourself wondering if those around you are concerned, as David asked himself when he was running for his life and hiding in the caves in the book of Psalms 142 

“I look to my right and see, no one is concerned for me. I have no refuge, no one cares for me”

 When he said this, he had people around him and yet he felt as though no one was concerned for him.

The best thing you begin to do is look within, look for that which you believe will work for you to get out of this cage you have found yourself in. Having started being concerned for yourself, you dig deep within and challenge the things you believe about yourself. You have started to also check your language when you speak to yourself and you also made a conscious decision to make adjustments and making crooked thoughts properly lined with where you wanted to be.

Lookout

Because you had a hard time finding what inspires you around you, you decided to lookout. Woah, What do you mean lookout? Yeah, you looked out into a greater and brighter future. You realized that your fears have done nothing for you but kept you stagnant and held you captive. And you got so tired of living in fear. You went on to enquire what your life’s purpose is and you stopped at nothing until life started making sense to you. The decision to look out, came as you began to think of the possibility of a much better life than your norm. you learned that normal was not always the best way to live.

Reflect

Sitting in your corner alone, wondering if this is it or is there more to life, made you question so much of yourself and your existence, and as a result, you got up and did something about it.
